You will connect engineering priorities to execution, improve readiness and operational rigor, and lead complex programs from planning through delivery.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nPartner with Production Engineering leaders and technical leads on high-priority infrastructure and platform programs.\nDefine and drive program charters, schedules, milestones, ownership models, and success criteria for complex technical initiatives.\nLead cross-functional execution across engineering, operations, reliability, and partner teams.\nImprove program governance, readiness reviews, risk tracking, escalation handling, and leadership visibility.\nBuild repeatable frameworks that strengthen execution quality across production engineering programs.\nIdentify gaps in ownership, process, or decision-making and drive practical improvements.\nHelp teams align on priorities, technical dependencies, and delivery tradeoffs.\nSupport programs related to production readiness, operational scale, automation, and reliability.\nCommunicate program status, risks, and recommendations clearly to both technical and leadership audiences.\nWhat we need to see\n12+ years of technical program management experience in production engineering, infrastructure software, cloud platforms, or related domains.\nStrong record of leading large, cross-functional technical programs with operational impact.\nExperience building execution structure in ambiguous or fast-moving environments.\nAbility to work credibly with engineering leaders on readiness, reliability, automation, and production operations.\nDemonstrated success improving delivery predictability through better planning, governance, and cross-team coordination.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business audiences.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.\nWays to stand out from the crowd\nExperience in production infrastructure, cloud operations, platform engineering, or site reliability.\nBackground in large-scale Kubernetes, distributed systems, or infrastructure automation.\nExperience building new operating models or execution frameworks in growing organizations.\nAbility to combine strategic thinking with deep execution discipline.\nWidely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers, NVIDIA offers highly competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package.
