In particular, you will have the opportunity to:\nWork on aligning NVIDIA's chipset and product roadmap with the software team capacity roadmap and help balance global priorities\n\nKeep the team on track by coordinating dependencies across functional areas and identifying planning gaps\n\nBe empowered to make prioritization decisions and represent the team to other groups\n\nPartner closely with hardware, release planning, and customers, giving you a complete picture of software at NVIDIA\n\nPropose and develop new methods to handle projects and unify planning systems\n\nDefine and track metrics to improve execution efficiency\n\nWhat we need to see:\n12+ overall years of program management experience in delivering software products\n\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or similar field or equivalent experience\n\nProven track record of balancing short-term delivery towards critical timelines alongside thoughtful long-term steps towards improving planning, processes, and team capabilities.\n\nWays to stand out from the crowd:\nPast experience as a software developer\n\nKnowledge of SOC, GPU or CPU project management\n\nBackground in graphics, machine learning, or accelerated computing\n\nExperience with software productivity tools and process automation\n\nNVIDIA is widely recognized as one of the world’s most desirable employers.
