pipelines for server firmware and software.\n\nImplement and enhance end-to-end test automation to improve coverage, efficiency, and reliability.\n\nCollaborate closely with PM, development, tools, and AE teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.\n\nComplete tests for server firmware and software to ensure high product quality and meet project schedules and customer needs.\n\nSupport factory test processes (MODs and Diag) to ensure firmware is robust enough for manufacturing.\n\nAnalyze test results, debug failures, and provide actionable insights to improve product quality and reliability.\n\nContribute to the continuous improvement of testing strategies, tools, and processes to drive innovation and quality.\n\nWork with AI tools to faciliate the automation process.\n\nWhat We Need to See:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n\n5+ years of hands-on experience in test development, firmware development, automation, or software engineering.\n\nStrong experience with server firmware and corresponding test methodologies.\n\nProven understanding of server hardware, BIOS/UEFI, BMC, and related firmware components.\n\nFamiliar with server board manufacturing process from PCB, SMT, ICT to L6/L10/L11.\n\nExperience with AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Antigravity) and integrating them with MCP to test workflows.\n\nExcellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.\n\nPassion for quality, automation, and innovation in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\n\nWays to Stand Out from the Crowd:\nTrack record of driving automation initiatives or process improvements within a technical team.\n\nAbility to communicate technical findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical collaborators.\n\nExperience with multi-functional collaboration and working in distributed or global
