Your ability to successfully implement and monitor factory supply availability and flexibility will be crucial in supporting production and accommodating changes in a timely manner.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nDrive 100% product delivery execution and factory commitments to align with demand planning requirements.\n\nCoordinate cross-functional teams, including Purchasing, PE, and SQE, to ensure supply commitments meet business needs.\n\nSet priorities and manage supply allocation to keep all teams aligned on execution goals.\n\nMonitor ECO and DA changes daily to ensure smooth transitions without supply disruption.\n\nTrack production or material excursions, escalate issues, and collaborate with relevant teams for resolution.\n\nOversee inbound material and outbound finished goods logistics, including RMA handling, failure analysis, and lead-time management.\n\nMaintain visibility of the material pipeline, monitor PO transactions, and support inventory control activities such as cycle counts.\n\nStrengthen supply planning and operational excellence through robust planning models, quality system collaboration, control plan management, and invoice/billing accuracy.\n\nWhat we need to see:\nBachelor of Science in Operations, Manufacturing Management, Logistics, or related fields.\n\n5 years of pertinent experience in CM and ODM operations.\n\nProven communication skills for effective cross-functional team coordination.\n\nProficient in English and Mandarin (reading, writing, speaking, listening).\n\nProblem solver, creative problem solver with an open mind for delivering strategic solutions.\n\nOrganized, self-starter with a strong sense of ownership.\n\nWays to stand out from the crowd:\nExperience working with server products is an advantage.\n\nExperience with ERP SAP is advantageous.\n\nData management skills are a plus.\n\nProficiency in MS Office, with Excel VBA skills being a plus.\n\nExperience in industrial engineering is an advantage.\n\nWith competitive salaries and a generous benefits package, NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the most desirable employers in the world.
