Join us in promoting innovation at the forefront of networking solutions!\nWhat you'll be doing:\nGuide, mentor, and expand your engineering team, ensuring effective planning and execution of projects while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.\n\nCoordinate efforts alongside Product and Program Management, Engineering and Production line teams, and HR to achieve business objectives, improve user experiences, and develop user-friendly production test content.\n\nCoordinate the complete product lifecycle, including composing, development, build, and improvement of networking systems test software.\n\nDefine product features and roadmaps, understand product strategy and market positioning, and drive products to successful completion and deployment.\n\nReview architectural builds (electrical, mechanical, process, software) of tested units to identify potential build issues and ensure robust and efficient production, resulting in high-quality products for customers.\n\nIdentify and mitigate risks, resolve issues affecting project scope, schedule, and quality, and continuously improve processes and procedures within the team to streamline operations.\n\nWhat we need to see:\nB.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).\n\n8+ overall years of experience in software development, test automation, or system verification and 3+ years of team management experience in building and leading highly performing teams.\n\nStrong programming expertise in Python for system-level development.\n\nExperience with production test development and automation frameworks.\n\nKnowledge of Linux systems, embedded software, and firmware development.\n\nFamiliarity with hardware/software co-design, debugging, and system bring-up.\n\nProven ability to lead and mentor software engineering teams.\n\nExtensive background in advising software development approaches, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps processes.\n\nNVIDIA has some of the most forward-thinking people in the world working for us.
