We build high-performance software for the physical layer of the radio access network, using GPUs to speed up sophisticated signal-processing tasks like coding, decoding, MIMO, and real-time data handling. Our work helps turn advanced research into real, deployable platforms for commercial networks and future 6G innovation, and we are looking to hire an intern for Summer 2027! This opportunity offers a chance to work at the intersection of wireless communications, CUDA/GPU programming, systems software, and AI for telecom.\nWhat you will be doing:\nDevelop cutting-edge end-to-end reference system stack for 5G/6G baseband.\nBuild and simulate sophisticated algorithms for 5G/6G PHY layer in Matlab/Python.\nImplement and optimize PHY features in C/C++/CUDA on a GPU platform based on 5G/6G spec.\nSupport system integration, performance testing, system demonstration and lab trials for end-to-end system.\nWhat we need to see:\nPursuing PhD or MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related.\nStrong background in the classic and AI/ML based algorithms for communication signal processing in wireless systems.\nGood understanding of the balance between algorithm performance and implementation cost.\nProgramming skills in Matlab/Python and C/C++.\nWays to stand out from the crowd:\nFamiliarity with CUDA programming and NVIDIA GPU Architectures\nFamiliarity with 3GPP, ORAN, FAPI standards related to 5G/6G.\nAre you dedicated, upbeat and dynamic with excellent analytical ability?
