If you're ready to make a real impact at the intersection of hardware, software, and ecosystem strategy, we'd love to hear from you!\nWhat you'll be doing:\nDefining the required platform ecosystem by product, customer use case, and launch phase. This includes specifying what is supported, qualified, planned, or out of scope. It also involves maintaining the qualification roadmap and approved-vendor list accordingly.\nHeading enablement and qualification activities for NVIDIA GPUs on PCIe and a wide range of third-party devices: networking, storage, DPUs, accelerators, management controllers, and security components.\nDrive cross-component dependencies involving BIOS/UEFI, BMC, firmware, drivers, operating systems, telemetry, and manageability - collaborating with component owners to address interoperability, performance, and lifecycle gaps.\nLeading readiness against platform and ecosystem standards, including Arm ServerReady, with defined test coverage, entry/exit criteria, certification evidence, and reproducible qualification matrices.\nRunning ecosystem-readiness reviews passionate about gaps, exceptions, and decisions - not status collection - and producing concise launch-readiness and executive views of coverage and residual risk.\nCoordinating execution across CPU platform, firmware, validation, GPU, networking, DPU, storage, OEM/ODM, component-vendor, and customer teams: owners, achievements, dependencies, and blocking issue paths for every committed ecosystem item.\nWhat we need to see:\n6+ years in technical product management, platform engineering, systems engineering, validation, product management, or ecosystem enablement.\nBS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field - or equivalent experience.\nProven experience delivering server, silicon, embedded, or other complex hardware/software platforms to customers or production.\nExperience with PCIe devices and server-platform dependencies including BIOS/UEFI, BMC, firmware, drivers, operating systems, and manageability.\nExperience running component qualification, compatibility matrices, approved-vendor lists, certification programs, or release-readiness processes.\nProven track record to drive closure across many engineering and partner organizations without direct authority.\nTechnical presentation skills and disciplined management of configurations, evidence, issues, and risk.\nWays to stand out from the crowd:\nExperience qualifying GPUs, accelerators, NICs, storage, DPUs, or other PCIe devices on server platforms.\nFamiliarity with Arm ServerReady, server firmware standards, Linux enablement, or platform certification programs.\nDirect experience working with OEMs, ODMs, component vendors, or strategic data-center customers.\nEvidence of building a qualification or ecosystem-readiness system that measurably reduced deployment risk or accelerated customer adoption.\nExperience working with data center CPUs, accelerated-computing platforms, or deploying production servers.\nYour base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
