Building a well-oiled machine where people like to work and inspiring all birds to become internal innovators are at the heart of our mission.\nWhat will you do?\nAs a Software Engineer in the NVISO Labs team, your responsibilities will include:\nDesigning and developing scalable back-end software and services using Python, Java, and Typescript.\n\nDesigning and operating cloud infrastructure on Azure - including networking, architecture, and environment setup - and running workloads on Kubernetes and Docker.\n\nDesigning APIs and integrating back-end components with internal and customer-facing platforms where needed.\n\nApplying sound software engineering practices to deliver maintainable, secure, and production-ready back-end solutions.\n\nTroubleshooting performance, reliability, and scalability issues across services and cloud-based workloads.\n\nIdentifying bottlenecks and continuously improving the efficiency, resilience, and observability of back-end systems. .\n\nRequirements\nYou hold citizenship of a NATO member country and are eligible for NATO security clearance.\n\nAt least 5 years of experience as a software engineer\n\nA bachelor’s or higher degree in computer science or a related technical field\n\nSolid experience in Python, Java, Typescript\n\nExperience with Azure-native development, API design, and cloud architecture - including networking, environment setup, and containerization with Docker and Kubernetes - is a plus\n\nExperience building or operating cybersecurity solutions - such as vulnerability management or External Attack Surface Management platforms - is a plus\n\nExcellent English communication skills, both verbal and written\n\nPassionate about best practices regarding reusability, maintainability, security, and testing\n\nAbility to work independently and keep track of your priorities\n\nStrong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills that enable you to work effectively in a collaborative team environment across the entire company\n\nPositive, team and mission-oriented attitude\n\nAbility to prepare and present your work to your colleagues\n\nTeam player who works well under occasional pressure\n\nWhat do we offer?\nAt NVISO, we care.
