This means we offer cyber security services to private and governmental organizations to help them better prepare for, prevent, detect and respond to cyber security incidents.\nAll of this is built on four fundamental values that define who we are: We are Proud, We Break Barriers, We Care and No BS! \n\nWhat will you do?\nYou have strong background in managing large IT-Projects or Cybersecurity-Programs and believe the following to be applicable to you? \nAs a Senior Program Manager in Cybersecurity (m/w/d), located in Germany, you will lead and manage complex, large-scale programs and projects for NVISO clients, with a strong focus on cybersecurity-related initiatives (e.g. security transformation programs, incident response engagements, security operations build-outs, compliance and regulatory programs, implementation of Business Continuity Management Systems and Disaster Recovery Programs). Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nAct as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, building trusted relationships at both operational and executive level; \n\nDefine project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans, and ensure delivery within these constraints. \n\nCoordinate cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams, including NVISO security consultants, engineers, and client-side teams; \n\nIdentify, track, and mitigate project and program risks, issues, and dependencies proactively. \n\nManage stakeholder communication, status reporting, and governance structures (steering committees, status meetings, escalation paths); \n\nSupport pre-sales activities where relevant, such as scoping engagements, estimating effort, and contributing to proposals; \n\nDrive continuous improvement of program/project management practices within NVISO's delivery teams; \n\nEnsure quality, compliance, and client satisfaction throughout the project/program lifecycle. \n\nRequirements\nYou hold citizenship in one of the 32 NATO member states or the Austrian citizenship;\n\nSeveral years of proven experience (typically 7+ years) as a Program Manager or Senior Project Manager, ideally in IT, security consulting, or technology-driven environments; \n\nStrong affinity for or demonstrable experience in cybersecurity - understanding of security concepts, terminology, and the challenges clients face (prior direct cybersecurity project experience is a plus, but not mandatory); \n\nSolid knowledge of project/program management methodologies (e.g. PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum, SAFe) and ability to adapt approach to client context; \n\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills - comfortable interacting with both technical teams and C-level client representatives; \n\nStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and align diverse, often remote or multi-location teams; \n\nExperience managing budgets, timelines, and resource planning for complex projects or programs; \n\nAnalytical and structured mindset, with strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities; \n\nExcellent English and German written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders; \n\nWillingness to work on-site at client premises as needed and to travel occasionally; \n\nA relevant certification (PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or similar) is a plus; \n\nBachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (business, Information Security, IT, engineering) or equivalent experience; \n\nQuickly grasping the complexity and the business reasons for a company to perform security and adapting your communication style and the security program to make it fit for the client; \n\nLeadership skills to manage a team and collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.\n\nWhat do we offer\nAt NVISO, we care.
