You will guide an international, multidisciplinary development team, set priorities, and bring internal and external stakeholders together around a clear direction.\nWith broad support across Brainbay and close collaboration with NVM, funda, and other partners, you’ll have the backing needed to turn advanced AI technology into a reliable and valuable product that supports professionals in their daily work.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead an international and multidisciplinary team of LLM- and Data engineers and full-stack developers to deliver the AI Assistant service;\n\nCoordinate and prioritize development efforts using Agile/Scrum methodologies;\n\nCollaborate with business owner and multiple internal and external stakeholders (including NVM, funda and others) to gather requirements, set expectations, and align on delivery;\n\nEnsure on-time delivery of high-quality features and updates;\n\nDrive innovation by exploring and implementing advanced AI technologies, including MCP Agents, LLMs and voice recognition;\n\nPresent and communicate the AI assistant’s progress and impact to internal and external stakeholders.\n\nRequirements\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nWe’re seeking a driven professional with strong leadership and organizational skills. You’re a problem solver with a user-focused mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field;\n\nStrong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills;\n\nBasic understanding of AI/ML concepts and cloud environments;\n\nExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologies;\n\nFluent in Dutch and English;\n\nAt the time of applying, you must live in the Netherlands.\n\nExperience with the following areas can be beneficial, but are not essential:\nExperience in LLM engineering, data engineering, or UI/UX design;\n\nBackground in real estate - e.g. in the area of brokage and/or valuations.\n\nWhat We Offer:\nAt brainbay, we value innovation and collaboration.
