Job Description Summary

Applications for part-time faculty positions are accepted on a continuous basis and reviewed when openings become available. Future teaching assignments are on a term-by-term basis, which may include fall, spring, and summer. Postings close yearly and to maintain your application within the system, you will need to re-apply each year. Email is the primary method that NWACC utilizes to communicate with its applicants. NorthWest Arkansas Community College is seeking qualified applicants to teach courses in Health Science.

Rate of pay: $875 per credit hour

Knowledge, Skills, andAbilities

Knowledge of the organization and administration of various higher education academic

and social programs.

Knowledge of campus and community resources.

Knowledge of state, federal, and campus rules, regulations, and requirements related to

campus academic and social programs.

Ability to coordinate the activities of campus academic and/or social programs.

Ability to evaluate collected information and formulate into recommendations.

Ability to compile information into report form.

Required Qualifications
