# Events Coordinator - Amazon

Description The Events Coordinator is a customer-facing professional who operates independently across Amazon locations to deliver exceptional workplace experiences and full event support. This role combines workplace operations with comprehensive event coordination and execution, including full delivery ownership for GREF-hosted activations. The Events Coordinator manages service tickets, coordinates with cross-functional stakeholders, and executes onsite events without the need for line-of-sight supervision. This role applies knowledge and judgment to determine appropriate procedures across multiple process paths, troubleshoot issues using SOPs and best practices, and serve as the frontline representative of workplace and event services.
