Cover letters preferred but not required. *\nWhat You Will Do\nCustomer Support\nMonitor email and chat systems, responding promptly to provide customer education, support, and workspace information.\nOffer onsite and virtual support before, during, and after move projects, addressing employee questions and providing guidance about their interoffice move.\nRetain comprehensive knowledge of building amenities and workspace configurations to effectively assist customers and troubleshoot issues.\nMove Support\nUtilize industry-specific computer programs to create, verify, and format move lists, ensuring accuracy and communicating any updates related to workspace, seating, or data submissions.\nConduct on-site move verification and quality control walks to reconcile system data with physical workspace conditions.\nSubmit updates for workspace data or seat corrections, ensuring the accuracy of system information.\nWorkplace Support\nPerform audits of workspaces, signage, IT equipment, and facilities to validate employee desk locations and floor plans.\nCapture, organize, and report data related to moves, space, and facilities to support decision-making processes.\nProgram and Team\nAssume day-to-day responsibility for assigned projects and successful task completion, with an ability to work independently and out of line of sight from other team members for all or part of shift. \nAssist with new tasks, processes, or projects to support evolving team requirements and partnerships with Amazon.\nContribute to the development of the Move Ambassador team by providing job training, shadowing, and mentorship to new employees.\nCollaborate with supporting vendors, including project management, security, facilities, and move companies, to ensure seamless coordination.\nMaintain flexibility in work hours to accommodate move and scheduling needs, including occasional nights and weekends.\nWho You Are\nHigh School Diploma or GED required\nAssociate or Bachelor’s degree preferred\n2 years of customer service, real estate/facilities, operations and/or administrative support experience\nProficiency with Microsoft Windows, Excel, Adobe and Outlook e-mail\nMust be able to frequently carry and lift a backpack containing a laptop and other supplies, up to 50 pounds.\nMay need to carry supplies to other buildings.\nComfortability working in an open, unassigned workspace is required.\nAbility to work at a computer for long periods (up to 8 hours per workday).\nIt is a combination of desk and actively visiting NWC operational or client corporate buildings so the ability to move consistently within a 1.5-mile radius is required.\nWillingness to travel independently to various worksites in the Puget Sound region.\nAbility to read, write, speak, and comprehend the English language.\nAbility to see both distance and details at close range, within a few feet of the observer (with or without corrective lenses).\nAbility to identify and understand the speech of another person (with or without a personal auditory hearing device).\nAbility to work flexible hours including occasional nights and weekends\nThis is a dog friendly environment with over 1000 dogs on campus.
