For more information, visit: NWN.ai.\nResponsibilities\nThe NWN Project Manager (PM) is responsible for managing all IT based business solutions projects sold to small and medium accounts in the Enterprise, Commercial, State and Local, and K-12 verticals.\nManage assigned projects while maintaining 80% billable utilization\nResponsible for driving project success: Maintaining high customer satisfaction while keeping projects on schedule and within budget.\nDirect and coordinate all activities of project personnel and shared corporate resources to ensure projects progress on schedule and within budget.\nForecast revenue regularly & accurately across all projects and mitigate any risks to those commitments throughout the project life cycle.\nFollow the NWN Project Management delivery methodology including but not limited to:Facilitate project kickoff meetings. \nDevelop and maintain detailed project plans. \nMonitor, measure, and report on project progress to management and clients. \nCoordinate development and approval of the business and technical requirements documentation, client deliverables, and project artifacts. \nManage risk and escalate project challenges accordingly and in a timely manner. \nManaging change in scope via Project Change Management process. \nConduct Post Project Reviews and formal closure on all engagements.\n\nUnderstand and articulate all NWN service offerings and capabilities.\nRepresent NWN with contractors, suppliers, customers, departments, and other parties as required.\nOther responsibilities as assigned.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nComplies with all policies and standards.\nQualifications\nBachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.\n3+ years of experience with IT project management.\n3+ years of experience developing project plans including a project plan that includes the charter, scope, project management approach, management plans, communication plans, resource needs, statement of work, cost estimates, and schedule.\n3+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams and staff of all levels.\nExperience managing project financials including forecasting, 3rd party cost controls, and budget baseline.\nKnowledge of project management best practices (PMBOK traditionally).\nBusiness Analyst type experience with the ability to collect and develop business and technical requirements. \nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities. \nExcellent problem solving and negotiation skills.\nExceptional client facing communications and presentation skills. \nDemonstrated comfort with adopting emerging AI tools and technologies to optimize processes, improve collaboration, and drive operational effectiveness.\nPMP Certification or desire to obtain certification\nLocation: Remote\nTravel: Limited\nAt NWN, we provide a comprehensive benefits package to support your well-being in and out of work.
