Position Overview
Accutemp Engineering Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead commercial HVAC construction projects from initial planning and design coordination through installation, billing, closeout, and final turnover.
This position supports a varied portfolio of design-build and plan-and-spec projects, ranging from office fit-outs to food-processing facilities. The Project Manager will coordinate internal project teams, field labor, subcontractors, vendors, design professionals, general contractors, and customers to keep project scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and documentation aligned.
The successful candidate will bring strong commercial HVAC knowledge, practical project-management skills, financial accountability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing sight of important details.
