Individuals must demonstrate excellent communication skills, as well as an aptitude for problem solving, time management, and customer service.\n\nPay Range:\n Pay range starts at $30/hour, however, compensation is negotiable and we welcome transparent conversations with qualified candidates.\nKey Responsibilities\nRole-Specific Duties:Diagnose and repair electrical equipment, including motors, generators, transformers, primary and secondary distribution systems, and more.\nPerform routine maintenance and inspections on a variety of commercial/industrial electrical systems\nManage electrical jobs, including reading blueprints/schematics, coordinating work sequences with fellow trades personnel and apprentices, and communicating with the Electrical Department Manager. \n\n Organization-Specific Duties:Provide exceptional customer service by communicating and fully explaining current issues, timelines, and resolutions to customers when appropriate.\nIdentify and report to owner potential opportunities for additional business (newer system, service contracts, and additional services).\nDocument all installed equipment upon arrival: make, model, serial number, type of fuel, necessary test measurements, and pictures as necessary.\nMaintain a clean and organized work environment and company work vehicle.\n\nEssential Qualifications and Competencies\n Role-Specific:\nDriver’s License required\n4+ years of electrical experience required\nActive Electrical License required (Journeyman's or Master's)\nOrganization-Specific:\nStrong interpersonal communication skills.\nAbility to work efficiently.\nHigh level of reliability, follow-through, discretion and integrity.\nProactive, positive problem-solving skills.\nMust maintain a company vehicle.\nMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a daily basis\nMust be able to climb up and down Scaffolding, Ladders, Stairs as job requires.\nU.S. citizenship or a current, valid U.S. work permit is mandatory\nApplicants must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.\nA background verification and motor vehicle check will be required.\nA pre-employment post-offer Human Performance Examination is required for this position.\n\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nAlliance Group Services values diversity and commit to making hiring decisions based on the skills and traits needed to be successful in this role.
