Individuals must demonstrate excellent communication skills, as well as an aptitude for problem solving, time management, and customer service.\nCompensation starts at $32.00/hour and can be negotiated based on experience. \nKey Responsibilities\nAccurately interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings and diagrams, and other specifications \nMeasure, mark, cut, and/or modify sheet metal and other fabricated duct systems using hand or power tools as needed\nFabricate and install sheet metal products and components for HVAC ductwork and other sheet metal related products\nTroubleshoot and resolve any issues related to sheet metal installations\nInstall sheet metal duct, duct supports, and hangers meeting building code requirements and job specifications\nSafely and skillfully utilize sheet metal tools and equipment\nCoordinate and order sheet metal materials for projects\nComplete As-builts and create RFI’s as needed\nMaintain open communication with the Project Manager, General Contractor(s), and other crew members to ensure timely project completion and compliance \nEssential Qualifications and Competencies\nMinimum 6 years of experience in sheet metal required\nValid driver’s license required\nEPA Certification required\nGas License required\nRigging certification preferred\nProficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and other technical drawings\nUnderstanding of commercial HVAC systems desired\nKnowledge of Build-Ops platform desired\nStrong interpersonal communication skills\nAbility to work efficiently\nExcellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills\nStrong attention to detail\nHigh level of reliability, follow-through, discretion, and integrity\nMust possess proactive, positive problem-solving skills\nMust be an energetic and enthusiastic collaborative team play\nExcellent communication skills (written and oral)\nMust maintain a company vehicle\nMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a daily basis\nU.S. citizenship or a current, valid U.S. work permit is mandatory\nApplicants must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.\nA background verification and motor vehicle check will be required.\nA pre-employment post-offer Human Performance Examination is required for this position.\nBenefits\nCompetitive Pay Scales\n3 different Health Insurance plans to choose fromEnsure your benefits fits the needs of you and your family!
