operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nPLM Operational Support\nProvide day-to-day operational support for Aras PLM system and related business applications.\nAnalyze, troubleshoot, and resolve user issues while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.\nSupport business users with system processes, functionality, and best practices.\nMonitor process and data quality, identifying opportunities for corrective and preventive actions.\nSupport master data management and governance activities across product lifecycle processes.\nBusiness Process Analysis & Improvement\nPartner with global stakeholders to understand business needs, identify gaps, and improve operational processes.\nAnalyze existing workflows and recommend solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and user experience.\nApply continuous improvement methodologies to simplify, standardize, and optimize business processes.\nPerform root cause analysis on recurring operational issues and drive sustainable corrective actions.\nSystem Enhancements & Change Management\nGather, document, and validate business requirements for system enhancements and process improvements.\nCollaborate with IT and development teams to support modifications to workflows, validations, system rules, user roles, permissions, and configuration changes.\nParticipate in solution design discussions and provide functional recommendations.\nSupport implementation and deployment of new features and enhancements.\nTesting & Quality Assurance\nCreate and execute test plans, test cases, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.\nValidate system enhancements and configuration changes against business requirements.\nDocument test results, defects, and resolution activities.\nDocumentation & Training\nDevelop and maintain business process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and knowledge articles.\nCreate training materials and user guides to support system adoption and process compliance.\nDeliver user training sessions and support onboarding of new users.\nEnsure documentation remains current with evolving business processes and system capabilities.\nStakeholder Engagement\nServe as a liaison between business teams and IT organizations.\nProvide technical guidance and process expertise to users and stakeholders.\nFacilitate effective communication regarding system changes, enhancements, and operational issues.\nBuild strong relationships with global teams to support successful business outcomes.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.\nStrong English communication skills, both written and verbal.\nAnalytical and problem-solving skills.\nOrganizational and documentation abilities.\nAbility to work in a global, cross-functional environment.\nCustomer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nKnowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Product Data Management (PDM), ERP, or other enterprise business systems.\nUnderstanding of manufacturing, engineering, semiconductor, or technology industry processes.\nExperience with process mapping, business analysis, or requirements gathering.\nFamiliarity with workflow management, business rules, system validations, user roles, and access management concepts.\nExposure to testing methodologies including UAT and functional testing.\nExperience working
