Automotive is a core growth business for NXP, enabling the transition to Software Defined Vehicles (SDV), zonal architectures, vehicle compute and next-generation automotive software platforms.\nThis is a customer-facing role requiring strong programme leadership, technical credibility and the ability to coordinate global cross-functional teams to ensure successful customer adoption of NXP solutions.\nYour Responsibilities\nLead strategic customer programmes across major European automotive customers, acting as the primary programme management interface between the customer and NXP.\nDrive successful customer adoption and deployment of NXP SDV, vehicle compute, networking and processor solutions from concept through production.\nDevelop trusted relationships with customer engineering, programme, purchasing and management stakeholders.\nCoordinate global cross-functional teams including engineering, applications, product management, quality, sales and business line organisations to deliver customer commitments.\nLead programme reviews, risk management, issue resolution and escalation activities to maintain customer satisfaction and programme execution.\nDrive closure of technical, quality and commercial issues through structured action plans and executive follow-up.\nSupport portfolio and roadmap discussions with customers, ensuring alignment between customer requirements and NXP strategy.\nManage high-priority customer escalations and ensure corrective actions are effectively implemented.\nProvide programme leadership for key design wins and strategic growth opportunities.\nSupport regular customer visits, executive reviews and business planning activities.\nRequirements\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related technical discipline.\nSolid experience in automotive programme management, customer engineering, system engineering or product management.\nExperience working with automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and semiconductor products.\nProven ability to communicate complex technical topics to both engineering and management audiences.\nExcellent customer-facing, presentation, and communication skills.\nStrong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities across global organisations.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple complex programmes simultaneously.\nExperience driving issue resolution across cross-functional teams.\nStrong organisational, planning and risk management skills.\nWillingness to travel within Europe and
