This role combines program governance and portfolio support with data analytics, reporting, process automation and digitalization. You will take end-to-end ownership of selected PMO processes and solutions, supporting management and project teams with reliable data, scalable reporting and efficient workflows. The ideal candidate combines a strong understanding of project and portfolio management processes with hands-on technical capabilities in Power BI, Databricks, SharePoint and workflow automation.\nYour Responsibilities:\nCollaborate with Finance, R&D Management and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable data, analytics and automation solutions that enable effective portfolio management and decision-making across a global business line.\nDesign, develop and continuously enhance data and analytics solutions, including Power BI dashboards, semantic models and analytical data products, leveraging SQL, Python and Databricks to integrate, transform and consolidate enterprise data.\nDrive trusted data and actionable insights by ensuring data quality, harmonizing KPI definitions, automating recurring reporting, and delivering forecasts, variance analyses and management insights for portfolio and business reviews.\nOwn and digitalize the end-to-end Business Case management process, including quarterly submissions, stakeholder coordination, data-quality validation, SharePoint-based management of confidential business cases, automated approval workflows, access and security concepts, and analytics.\nDrive continuous improvement and user adoption across reporting and Business Case solutions through requirements gathering, UAT, solution rollout, documentation, stakeholder training, troubleshooting and ongoing process and platform optimization.\nYour Profile:\nUniversity Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering or a related field\n2+ years of experience in PMO, project/portfolio management, business analytics, reporting or process digitalization.\nStrong practical experience with Power BI, including semantic models, reporting and data visualization.\nExperience with Databricks, data engineering or modern data platforms is highly desirable.\nGood knowledge of SharePoint and workflow/process automation.\nUnderstanding of project governance, project and resource management, business cases and management reporting.\nAbility to translate business requirements into scalable technical and analytical solutions.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving skills.\nAbility to take end-to-end ownership, from requirements and architecture through implementation, testing, rollout and operational support.\nStrong communication skills in English.\nExperience with RPPM tools would be an advantage.\nPlease note: The successful candidate may/will be responsible for security related tasks.
