You will translate functional requirements into technical solutions and ensures that the solutions are in compliance with the process, architecture, design and security guidelines of NXP.\nYour responsibilities\nThe ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex data integration solutions that ensure seamless data flow across various systems and platforms.\nLead the design and implementation of data integration solutions, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.\n\nOversee and optimize data integration processes, including data mapping, transformation, and orchestration.\n\nTransform and load data from multiple sources into our data warehouse, ensuring consistency and reliability.\n\nWork closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand integration requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.\n\nContinuous rollout of solution using CI/CD processes and tools like Gitlab.\n\nMonitor data integration processes, identify issues, and implement solutions to ensure smooth data flow.\n\nMaintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, data mappings, and system configurations.\n\nEnsure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to data exchange and security.\n\nProvide guidance and mentorship to junior data engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.\n\nYour profile\nTo be successful in this role you have:\nBachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent years of relevant experience.\n\n5-8 years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on data integration.\n\nProficiency in data integration tools and platforms (e.g. TIBCO, Snaplogic). Strong experience with SQL, Python, and data transformation tools.\n\nYou have deep expertise in or similar to TIBCO BusinessWorks 5 and 6, Container Edition, or Snaplogic/Workato.
