instructions for Backend Assembly and Test equipment and manufacturing.\nCreate Handler recipes and Tester Setup for new release devices/packages with good detectability controls in a shortest time.\nDevelop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output\nManage cost and time constraints\nSpare parts maintenance\nAbility to think innovatively to improve equipment uptime.\nHandle and investigate quality issues related to equipment\nImprove equipment reliability / OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), drive effective diagnoses and repairs, with sustainable results through Predictive Maintenance.\nRequirements:\nBachelor (or higher) in Electrical or Electronics or Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering equivalent.\nOther technical requirements include Microsoft office, technical writing skills and Presentation.\n3 years' experience in Semiconductor ATE Tester & Test Handler / Prober platform\nATE Test\nAnalytical thinker with good interpersonal skills. \nGood communication skills, able to communicate your plans, thoughts, and rationale in your job. \nExcellent interpersonal communications skills and ability to
