This role focuses heavily on eLearning, web-delivered learning, and digital design, translating security and compliance requirements into learner-centered courses, microlearning, and performance support assets.\nYou will partner closely with Security, GRC, IT, Legal, HR, and Corporate Communications to develop training that is usable, accessible, and effective - driving security awareness, policy adoption, and behavior change across the enterprise. This role blends instructional design rigor with hands-on digital production.\nWhat You’ll Do\nInstructional Design & Content Development (≈55%)\nDesign end-to-end learning solutions using instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, or similar).\nDevelop interactive eLearning courses using LMS developer tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline/Rise, Captivate, etc.)\nCreate microlearning, knowledge checks, simulations, and scenario-based learning for security topics (e.g., phishing, data handling, access control).\nTranslate complex information security concepts into clear, role-based, learner-friendly content.\nApply learning science, UX, and visual design principles to improve comprehension and retention.\nEnsure all learning assets align with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.\nLMS & Digital Delivery (≈25%)\nPackage, test, and deploy courses to enterprise LMS platforms.\nManage course structures, assignments, completion rules, evaluations, and content updates.\nCollaborate with LMS administrators to troubleshoot course behavior, reporting, and learner issues.\nOptimize content for web and mobile delivery, ensuring performance across devices and browsers.\nMaintain version control and documentation for learning assets.\nSecurity Training Programs & Campaigns (≈10%)\nSupport enterprise security awareness programs and targeted training for specific audiences (engineering, HR, finance, contractors, leaders).\nDevelop supporting assets such as job aids, one-pagers, infographics, short videos, and internal web pages.\nContribute to awareness campaigns tied to policy launches, annual training, phishing simulations, or regulatory requirements.\nMeasurement & Continuous Improvement (≈10%)\nDesign assessments, quizzes, and surveys to measure learning effectiveness and comprehension.\nAnalyze LMS data (completion rates, scores, feedback) and recommend improvements.\nIterate on content based on learner feedback, metrics, and evolving security risks.\nDocument templates, standards, and reusable components to scale development efficiently.\nMinimum Qualifications\n1-2 years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, or digital training content creation.\nDemonstrated hands-on experience developing courses for LMS delivery.\nProficiency with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Rise, Captivate).\nStrong digital design skills with examples of interactive or web-based learning content.\nAbility to translate technical or compliance-heavy topics into engaging learning experiences.\nFamiliarity with LMS platforms and learning analytics fundamentals.\nExcellent written communication, storyboarding, and collaboration skills.\nStrong organization, version control discipline, and ability to manage multiple projects.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrior experience developing information security, IT, privacy, or compliance training.\nKnowledge of security frameworks
