You will work alongside experienced Security Architects, System Architects, and Firmware Engineers on technologies that help secure millions of connected devices worldwide.\nYour Responsibilities:\nCollaborate with Security Architects, System Architects, and Firmware Engineers to design and implement secure solutions for the EdgeLock 2GO platform.\nSupport the development and maintenance of firmware for Hardware Security Modules (HSMs), including Utimaco HSMs.\nDevelop and execute firmware test cases to validate reliability, security, and performance.\nContribute to the deployment and operation of security mechanisms used in NXP’s IoT device lifecycle management solutions.\nSupport the integration, testing, and validation of cryptographic services and security features within the EdgeLock 2GO ecosystem.\nGain practical experience with modern cybersecurity technologies, secure key management, and large-scale IoT security solutions.\n Your Profile:\nOngoing Bachelor's or Master's studies in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.\nStrong interest in cybersecurity, embedded systems, and secure IoT technologies.\nBasic understanding of information security and cybersecurity principles.\nKnowledge of cryptographic algorithms, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), and secure key management concepts is a plus.\nGood programming skills in C.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn.\nVery good written and spoken English skills.\nAvailability of at least 15 hours per week (20 hours preferred).\nPlease note: The successful candidate may/will be responsible for security related tasks.
