You will also explore innovative tools and AI concepts.\nJob qualification:\n- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with practical experience in Software Engineering or Computer Science\n- 12+ of experience working on DevOps implementations and operations\n- Solid DevOps mindset and ability to evaluate and optimize DevOps processes and practice using Lean or Agile.\n- Very good understanding of LDAP, preferably Oracle Unified Directory (OUD), PAM and other IAM concepts.\n- Deep understanding of Linux operating systems, networking, and server management and use tools such as PowerShell, Bash, Ansible.\n- Understanding of identity and access management relating to provisioning, access control, and certifications\n- Familiar with CI/CD tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or Terraform\n- Valuing the importance of working together with others to be successful as a team and part of a larger organization\nJob responsibilities:\nAs a member of the R&D Access Management team, you will be a key contributor to the development and improvement of the R&D Access Management platform. You will have ample opportunities to express your creativity and work with others to accomplish your objectives.\n- You build/manage the Oracle Unified Directory/LDAP solution.\n- You build/manage the Privilege Access Management solution.\n- You build/maintain the self-service platform built on Python.\n- You build/maintain CI/CD pipelines that help deploy the latest changes quickly.\n- You are in charge for automation and configuration management within R&D Access Management.\n- You develop/maintain new components of the platform to manage data access, enforce policies, governance, etc.\n- You are the technical expert advising the organization on ways to improve on automation and helping to execute them.\n- You will participate in the definition and maintenance of a secure access policy.\n- You can work effectively with other developers, operations staff, and other key stakeholders in the organization.\nWhat is in it for me?\nThe team keeps a healthy mix of 50% development and 50% operational activities.
