You will help drive the evolution of AI-enabled digital products and platforms while ensuring they continue to create value for customers and support business objectives.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDefine and drive product strategy, vision, roadmap, and investment priorities for assigned products.\nUnderstand customer needs, business objectives, market trends, and technology opportunities to guide product decisions.\nBuild alignment across senior leaders, business stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams while influencing product strategy, roadmap priorities, investment decisions, and business outcomes.\nIdentify customer opportunities, define product outcomes, and establish success measures that demonstrate customer and business value.\nUse customer feedback, market insights, and product performance data to continuously refine product strategy, priorities, and investment decisions.\nTranslate customer and business needs into product initiatives, roadmap investments, and strategic recommendations.\nProvide product direction and prioritization guidance throughout planning and delivery activities in Agile environments.\nHelp drive the evolution of AI-enabled digital products and platforms, informed by industry trends, emerging technologies, and changing customer expectations.\nEvaluate product opportunities and investment priorities based on customer value, business impact, strategic alignment, and available evidence.\nRequired Skills and Qualifications:\nProven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar product leadership role for digital products, web applications, platforms, or websites.\nDemonstrated experience owning product strategy, roadmaps, investment priorities, and measurable customer and business outcomes.\nStrong experience working in Agile environments and partnering with business stakeholders, digital experience teams, engineering teams, architects, and other cross-functional organizations.\nStrong business acumen and the ability to connect product investments with customer and business outcomes.\nExperience translating customer needs and business opportunities into product priorities, investments, and delivery plans.\nHands-on experience using AI tools and Large Language Models (LLMs) to support product discovery, research, analysis, communication, and decision-making.\nGood understanding of digital platforms, web technologies, user experience principles, analytics, and software development practices.\nStrong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence decisions across senior stakeholders without formal authority.\nSelf-driven, proactive, and comfortable managing ambiguity and competing priorities.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to develop product narratives, strategy documents, and executive-level summaries.\nEducation and Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Marketing, or a related field.\nFive or more years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, digital platforms, web applications, or related product-focused roles.\nExperience working with Agile teams across the product lifecycle, from discovery and planning through delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.\nExposure to the semiconductor industry, engineering workflows, technical products, or B2B technology environments is highly desirable.\nExperience with customer research, product analytics, experimentation, competitive analysis, or business-case development is a plus.\nProduct Management, Product Ownership, Agile, or SAFe certifications are a plus.\n More information about NXP in
