The ideal candidate will bring strong software engineering, programming, problem-solving, user engagement, and requirements-gathering skills, with a proven ability to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable solutions.\nIn this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, end users, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective software solutions. You will contribute across the software development lifecycle, including solution design, application development, automation, integration, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.\nWorking in an Agile and DevOps environment, you will collaborate with globally distributed teams to solve complex technical challenges and deliver innovative solutions that support both business and technical objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\nCollaborate with stakeholders, end users, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance software applications and system solutions.\nDevelop automation solutions to improve operational efficiency, deployment processes, and system reliability.\nBuild, deploy, and support applications in Unix/Linux (Red Hat) and AWS cloud environments.\nParticipate in solution architecture, technical reviews, and technology evaluations to ensure alignment with organizational goals.\nExposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps workflows, and infrastructure automation.\nIntegrate applications with enterprise systems, databases, APIs, and third-party platforms.\nTroubleshoot and resolve application, system, and deployment issues through effective root-cause analysis.\nEnsure solutions meet standards for security, performance, scalability, availability, and maintainability.\nWork with QA Engineer on test strategies, code reviews, and quality assurance activities.\nEngage with users and stakeholders to provide technical guidance and continuously improve delivered solutions.\nMaintain technical documentation, including requirements, design specifications, deployment procedures, and support guides.\nParticipate in Agile activities such as PI Planning, sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, retrospectives, and releases.\nCollaborate with global teams to deliver solutions supporting critical business operations and strategic initiatives.\nDrive continuous improvement through innovation, automation, and software engineering best practices.\nRequired Skills\nA minimum of 10+ years of Software Development experience.\nBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent experience\nExperience with programming languages such as Perl, PHP,Python, C, and C++.\nStrong understanding and practical application of Software Design Patterns and object-oriented design principles.\nStrong software development and programming expertise with the ability to design, build, test, and support enterprise applications and automation solutions.\nHands-on experience with Unix/Linux (Red Hat) environments, including application deployment and operational support.\nProficiency in AWS cloud services, cloud-native development, deployment, and infrastructure management.\nStrong knowledge of Unix/Linux command-line tools, shell scripting, and automation practices.\nExperience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX for developing responsive web applications.\nGood understanding of MySQL database design, development, optimization, and administration.\nKnowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI), machine learning fundamentals, and AI Agent frameworks for intelligent automation solutions.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.\nExperience in stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, solution design, and cross-functional collaboration.\nPreferred Skills\nFamiliarity with semiconductor design and verification tools, including Calibre and PVS.\nUnderstanding of semiconductor design, manufacturing, and production processes.\nKnowledge of networking concepts, including bridging, synchronization, queuing, and communication protocols.\nExperience with Apache Web Server, application hosting, and server operating system administration.\nExposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and production support environments.\nFamiliarity with AI-assisted development and code review tools is an advantage\nAdditionally, you should possess:\nExperience in mentoring junior engineers.\nAbility to manage
