team, including hiring, performance management, and technical development.\nCollaborate with Architecture, Design, Verification, DFT, Validation, FW/SW, and Program Management teams to ensure successful milestone execution.\nDrive automation and process improvements to improve model quality, usability, and turnaround time.\nRequired Qualifications\nB.E./B.Tech/M.S. in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field.\n12+ years of experience in SoC Emulation, Verification, Digital Design, or Pre-Silicon Validation.\nProven experience leading large-scale emulation projects and engineering teams.\nStrong hands-on expertise in Synopsys ZeBu and Siemens Veloce model development, bring-up, debug, and deployment.\nSolid understanding of SoC architecture, RTL design, SystemVerilog/UVM, verification flows, and Linux environments.\nProficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Tcl, Shell, or similar languages.\nDesired Qualifications\nExperience with FPGA-based SoC prototyping platforms and methodologies.\nExposure to firmware/software bring-up and system-level debug.\nExperience working with EDA vendors and leading methodology improvements.\nLeadership Expectations\nStrong technical leadership with the ability to influence product and methodology direction.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nProven
