This role involves regular interaction with Mandarin-speaking suppliers. Therefore, fluency in spoken Mandarin is required to facilitate effective communication and stakeholder engagement.\nHands on experience in being a lead; leading teams with responsibilities in development / transfer projects or production ramp up.\nGood communication skills.
