HV/BCD and NVM knowledge is a plus\n\nStrong understanding of yield enhancement techniques and data analysis\n\nWell verse in English and Chinese. This role involves regular interaction with Mandarin-speaking suppliers. Therefore, fluency in spoken Mandarin is required to facilitate effective communication and stakeholder engagement.\n\nHands on experience in being a lead; leading teams with responsibilities in development / transfer projects or production ramp up.\n\nGood communication skills.
