In this exciting role, you will be responsible for the development of Industrial Test Solutions for Mass production.\nYour Responsibilities:\nYou will be developing industrial test solutions (hardware and software) for mass production and support the design team during the development phase of new products. You will be accountable for driving your deliverables to timely completion with the high quality expected by our customers. Balancing electrical performance, time-to-market, quality, and cost is the daily challenge you embrace. You will be involved from the very beginning of the specification and design of the product. Based on your inputs, Design for Test features will be implemented to make sure we can achieve the expected performances and quality levels at the lowest cost. As the project progresses, you will develop the test strategy and associated test programs and ATE hardware. In close cooperation with all functions in the team, you will prepare your test setup for the formal product qualification and release into mass production.\nYou have excellent communication skills and proven ability to collaborate across organizational and geographical boundaries. You used to make timely decision in face of incomplete information, managing risks and setting priorities driven by business impact.
