It performs use case level product validation, interoperability testing, and Performance KPI validation across hardware, firmware, software, and security components. Close collaboration with product development, architecture, and design teams ensures that solutions meet customer expectations and market requirements. By identifying issues early and validating complete customer scenarios, the department helps deliver robust, secure, and high-quality products.\nYou will lead a team of validation leads and validation engineers who contribute to multiple projects.\nYour responsibilities will be:\nTechnical guidance and support of junior and senior engineers\nDetailed hands-on support in case of technical challenges\nPlanning of validation and POC projects together with technical and non-technical experts\nDriving innovation for customer solutions as well as internal validation approaches\nContributing to product definitions by discussing use cases with technical domain experts as well as business partners\nYour responsibilities:\n7-10 years of industrial experience in system development or system validation of UWB or RF products\nDeep understanding of embedded firmware development, signal processing, debugging and testing\nStrong expertise in lab setups and measurement instrumentation for RF products\nExperience in embedded C, and python\nSkilled in leading a team of ~10 engineers for short, mid and long term activities\nGood English writing and speaking skills\nGood communication skills to align with peers and architects\nCuriosity and enjoying thinking outside the box\nPlease note: The successful candidate may/will be responsible for security related tasks.
