Additional information can be found by visitingwww.nxp.com.\nWe are looking for a talented Embedded Software Engineer with expertise in Rust and Security to join our Systems Enablement Team in EMEA.\nYour responsibilities\nDesign and develop customer-specific embedded applications and solutions.\n\nInvestigate and debug complex software and hardware issues, contributing to robust and secure solutions.\n\nCollaborate with the sales team to secure design wins at strategic customer accounts.\n\nDevelop demonstration platforms showcasing integrated hardware and software capabilities.\n\nCreate high-quality technical documentation, including application notes, white papers, and user guides.\n\nDeliver technical presentations that highlight platform capabilities, features, and technology advantages.\n\nWork closely with customers throughout their development journey, providing expert technical guidance and support.\n\nYour team\nThe Systems Enablement Organization is a customer-facing team that is responsible for owning the customer experience for all Enablement technology surrounding Connectivity solutions for NXP. You will be responsible for creating reference designs and integrating new features, assisting customers with software and hardware issues, and help to launch new microcontroller products to market.\n\nYour profile\n3+ years of experience in embedded software development, with strong C and/or Rust background.\n\nSolid understanding of embedded software products, including functionality, customer use cases, system architecture, and dependencies.\n\nStrong background in embedded security concepts and secure system design.\n\nProven experience debugging and resolving complex issues across embedded software, firmware, and hardware platforms.\n\nHands-on experience with Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) and/or Linux-based embedded systems.\n\nStrong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external customers.\n\nGood technical presentation skills\n\nEnglish language (spoken and written)\n\nExperience with any of the following is considered a plus:\nExperience with Rust and Security in embedded systems\n\nHardware/software design and architecture knowledge\n\nCreating Secure Connections and Infrastructure for a Smarter World\nNXP Semiconductors N.V.
