The ideal candidate should possess a strong foundation in End user support, IT Asset Management, network operations, project governance, and people management, with proven experience in retail and warehouse environments.\n\nKey Responsibilities: \n• Individual should have past exposure of managing IT End user support for 2000+ employees / end points\n• Plan, manage, and execute large-scale IT / network infrastructure projects (e.g. SD WAN, LAN/WAN setups, firewall migrations).\n• Lead network rollout for retail stores and warehouses, ensuring connectivity readiness, scalability, and security.\n• Coordinate with ISPs and telecom vendors for timely circuit provisioning and service activation.\n• Track project timelines, budgets, scope, and risks; ensure documentation and regular reporting.\n• Oversee hardware readiness for end-user devices (laptops, desktops) and basic ad aware configurations.\n• Conduct site readiness assessments, manage vendor teams, and supervise installations.\n• Lead incident escalations, change management, and troubleshooting coordination.\n• Mentor L1 and L2 engineers;
