And we're looking for someone who gets both.\n\nNykaa Fashion is building the next generation of fashion shopping experiences - experiences that are more visual, inspiring, social and AI-native.\n\nWe're looking for a Product Manager II to work on some of our newest bets : ideas that may start with a customer insight, prototype or experiment and have the potential to become entirely new experiences for millions of shoppers.\n\nThis isn't a role where you'll inherit a mature roadmap and optimize it by 2%.\n\nYou'll find problems worth solving, build from zero, experiment quickly and scale what works.\n\nAnd there's one thing we care about beyond the usual PM toolkit : You should genuinely love fashion.\n\nYou notice what people are wearing. You know when a trend is taking off. You have opinions on how people discover brands, put together looks and decide what to buy.\n\nYou don't just work on fashion. You talk about it. You follow it. You wear it.\n\nWhat you'll build : \n\nYou'll work on 0 - 1 bets for Nykaa Fashion across areas such as : \n\n- New Discovery Experiences : Rethink how shoppers discover fashion beyond traditional homepages, PLPs and search - from visual and inspiration-led discovery to new content-led shopping formats.\n\n- AI x Fashion : Explore how Generative AI can change fashion shopping - styling, personalization, conversational shopping, visual discovery and completely new interfaces.\n\n- Content x Commerce : Build experiences where reels, creators, UGC, trends and editorial content become native parts of the shopping journey.\n\nWhat you'll do : \n\n- Build 0 - 1 : Take ambiguous ideas from customer problems - hypothesis - prototype - MVP - experiment - scale.\n\n- Think customer-first : Spend time understanding how people actually discover, evaluate and buy fashion - not just what funnel dashboards tell us.\n\n- Experiment aggressively : Run rapid experiments, learn what works and be equally comfortable scaling a winner or killing an idea.\n\n- Use AI as a product primitive : Prototype with LLMs, multimodal models and emerging AI capabilities rather than treating AI as an add-on.\n\n- Own outcomes : Define clear customer and business metrics and take accountability for impact, not feature launches.\n\n- Work deeply with Design & Engineering : Build alongside designers and engineers from day one rather than throwing requirements over the fence.\n\n- Stay culturally curious : Track fashion, creators, Gen Z behaviour, global commerce products and emerging consumer experiences - and translate those signals into product ideas.\n\nWho we're looking for : \n\n2 - 4 years of Product Management experience, preferably in consumer internet or e-commerce.\n\nYou will probably thrive here if : \n\n- You've shipped meaningful consumer products and can demonstrate measurable impact.\n\n- You're comfortable operating with ambiguity and limited precedent.\n\n- You have strong product intuition but are equally comfortable getting into data.\n\n- You understand experimentation, funnels and consumer behaviour.\n\n- You can work effectively with Design, Engineering, Analytics and Business teams.\n\n- You're naturally curious about AI and how it changes consumer products.\n\n- You move fast, prototype before over-specifying, and learn from real users.\n\n- Prior e-commerce, discovery, personalization, content, social commerce or AI product experience is a strong plus.\n\nAnd the biggest plus? You are a fashion enthusiast. Not because your resume says Fashion / E-commerce. Because you genuinely have a point of view on fashion. You follow brands, creators and trends.
