This role goes beyond traditional design execution. You’ll be working in an AI-first environment where tools accelerate output-but taste, judgment, and human insight still define great work. We need someone who understands how to leverage modern design tools like Figma and the Adobe Suite, while also embracing AI as a collaborator, not a crutch. You should bring a strong foundation in branding and visual systems, ideally with experience in tech, banking, fintech, or similarly complex industries. Your skill set spans web design, graphic design, social media, and email design-creating cohesive, high-quality experiences across touchpoints. Bonus if you’re comfortable with motion or video work. We value designers who can clearly articulate their thinking. You’re able to present your work, explain decisions, and engage in thoughtful dialogue with stakeholders. Transparency, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset are essential. At the same time, we’re not looking for someone who simply follows guidelines. You know how to push creative boundaries while respecting brand systems. You want to create meaningful, compelling work for both clients and in-house initiatives, and you bring curiosity, ownership, and a sense of pride to everything you build. \nWhat You Will Own\nCreate high-quality design work across multiple channels, including web, graphic, social media, and email.\nDevelop and maintain cohesive branding and visual systems across all touchpoints.\nLeverage modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) to execute and deliver design solutions efficiently.\nIntegrate AI-driven tools and workflows into the design process to enhance productivity and creativity.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective design solutions.\nPresent design concepts clearly, articulating rationale and decision-making to stakeholders.\nContribute to and evolve creative direction while ensuring alignment with established brand guidelines.\nBalance innovation with consistency by pushing creative boundaries within brand systems.\nManage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, maintaining quality and attention to detail.\nContinuously explore and adopt new tools, trends, and methodologies, especially in AI-driven design. \nOther duties as assigned.\nWhat You Will Bring\nRequired Qualifications\nMid-Senior level experience in design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating branding and visual systems.\nProficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.\nExperience working across multiple design disciplines (web, graphic, social, email).\nFamiliarity with or willingness to adopt AI tools as part of the design workflow.\nStrong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual storytelling.\nExperience in tech, banking, fintech, or similarly complex industries (preferred).\nExperience with motion design or video production (preferred).\nAbility to communicate design concepts clearly and effectively to stakeholders.\nStrong collaboration skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.\nAdaptability and comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments.\nSelf-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.\nHigh level of ownership, attention to detail, and pride in craft. \nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in tech, banking, fintech, or similarly complex industries.\nExperience with motion design or video production.\nHow We Work\nNymbus is a remote-first company.
