THE ROLE\nAs our Restaurant Manager is a hands-on operational role, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to the team's success by undertaking the following responsibilities:\nOperations & Efficiency\nLead day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and quality control at all levels.\nMonitor inventory levels, placing orders for necessary supplies, and managing overall inventory.\nCoordinate waitstaff shifts, breaks, and rotations to optimize operational efficiency.\nCollaborate with other departments for a seamless overall club operation.\nCarry out budgeting, financial planning, and operational cost control, in collaboration with other members of management.\nAssume the responsibilities of Assistant Restaurant Managers or the Club Operations Lead when necessary, ensuring operational continuity.\nTeam Management & Development\nRecruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.\nConduct team briefings to enhance communication and alignment of service objectives.\nIdentify and promote opportunities for skill development and improvement among team members.\nMentor and provide guidance to Assistant Restaurant Managers and Team Leaders to support their professional development.\nCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless overall operation and a cohesive work environment.\nFoster a positive team atmosphere and embody the company's core values in all aspects of daily operations.\nGuest Experience & Relations\nProfessionally address and resolve guest and team issues, ensuring satisfaction for all.\nWork closely with the Club Operations Lead and Assistant Restaurant Managers to maintain an exceptional guest experience and achieve business goals.\nAct as a leader and role model for the team, ensuring high standards of service and operational excellence are maintained.\nOUR IDEAL CANDIDATE\n3+ years of experience in a similar role \nFluent command of English and Greek \nSolid understanding of restaurant operations and POS systems \nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills \nStrong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate the team \nExceptional problem-solving abilities \nAbility to multitask and adapt to change \nHands-on approach with meticulous attention to detail \nCuriosity and drive for continuous
