The Research Scientist II will be responsible for executing draft measure specifications, analyzing data collected as part of new and ongoing projects, summarizing the results to members of the Department of Health and external project teams, and disseminating findings through presentations, reports, and manuscripts.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Statistics or a related field and three years of research experience; OR a Master’s degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Statistics or a related field and two years of such experience; OR a doctorate degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Statistics or a related field.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster’s degree or higher in Public Health, Epidemiology, Statistics or a related field. R and/or RStudio programming experience. Advanced Statistical Analysis Software (SAS)/Structured Query Language (SQL) programming skills. Experience in data management and/or analysis using large databases. Familiarity with quality measures used in primary care.
