Rather than designing individual solutions, you will establish the strategic technology direction and architectural framework that enable modern, consistent and customer-centred digital experiences.\n\nSuccess will come from balancing innovation, customer needs and delivery priorities with long-term sustainability and enterprise alignment.\n\nYou can find out more about the role in the Position Description.\n\nKo koe t&#275nei | About you\n\nYou will be an experienced architecture leader who combines strong technology expertise with a clear understanding of customer outcomes and digital service delivery.\n\nTo be successful in this role, you will bring:\n\nSignificant experience in enterprise, solution or technology architecture\n\nExperience developing technology strategies, target states and architecture roadmaps\n\nStrong knowledge of customer engagement platforms, digital services, web and mobile ecosystems, integration patterns and enabling technologies\n\nExperience working across complex product, platform and delivery environments\n\nStrong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills\n\nThe ability to balance long-term strategic direction with practical delivery needs\n\nExperience identifying opportunities for simplification, standardisation and platform reuse\n\nStrong systems thinking, analysis and problem-solving capabilities\n\nThe ability to translate complex technology concepts into clear, actionable guidance\n\nExcellent communication, collaboration and relationship-building skills\n\nYou will be comfortable working across organisational and technology boundaries, navigating competing priorities and providing clear direction where there is complexity or uncertainty.\n\nYou will also demonstrate knowledge of, or a willingness to develop an understanding of, Te Ao M&#257ori and promote tikanga and Te Reo M&#257ori.
