This role analyzes requirements, identifies opportunities for improvement, and helps ensure solutions deliver measurable business value.\nKey Responsibilities\nRequirements & Analysis: Gather, document, and translate business needs into clear system requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.\nProcess Improvement: Analyze business processes and systems to identify gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.\nSolution Delivery: Partner with business, Product, Engineering, and IT teams throughout solution design, implementation, testing, and validation.\nData & Reporting: Use data, reporting, and SQL where appropriate to support analysis, decision-making, and solution validation.\nStakeholder Partnership: Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, facilitating decisions and communicating requirements, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.\nRequired Qualifications\n3+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or related technology roles.\nExperience gathering and documenting business and system requirements.\nDemonstrated hands-on working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and process-improvement skills.\nAbility to translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.\nStrong communication and stakeholder-management skills.\nUnderstanding of software development and technology delivery practices.\nBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working in Agile software development environments.\nExperience with APIs, integrations, or enterprise applications.\nExperience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.\nExperience with process mapping, user acceptance testing, and data analysis.\nBonus Qualifications\nProfessional experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP), logistics, or retail
