You will manage all aspects of engineering services in the cold end departments to enable the plant to achieve automated quality inspection and packaging facilities. You also will be responsible for:\nProcess Responsibilities\nResponsible for the Cold End inspection and palletisation equipment, bottle conveyor systems and return cullet systems within the Cold End.\nExecution of job changes.\nResponsible for all cold end engineering workshops & store items associated with the workshops.\nResponsible for the provision of the Cold End equipment or service required by all users to enable them to achieve their objectives.\nManagement Responsibilities\nOrganisation & management of Departments including onboarding and continual training.\nReview performance of subordinates to ensure they are achieving targets / goals.\nA successful Cold End Engineering Manager is someone who understands that engaging with our talented engineers is key to their success.
