O-I is a company that is committed to fostering an inclusive environment and offers opportunity for growth and advancement.\n The Maintenance Planner schedules the maintenance work activity in the plant.\nThe Maintenance Planner will:\nCoordinate with Job Change Coordinator and production staff to plan maintenance during downtime and maintain a planned maintenance schedule for the facility.\nProvide documentation of upcoming work, including parts lists / kits required.\nReview and improve the maintenance and planning processes to improve efficiency and remove waste, including but not limited to cost, manning and materials.\nUnderstand storeroom inventories, min/max, and work with storeroom personnel to manage parts inventory and prioritize ordering against available M&E budgets.\nInterface with the safety observation, walk-and-talk, and near-miss processes within the plant to ensure alignment of maintenance resources and activities to improve employee safety and environmental compliance.\nThe Maintenance Planner should have:\nExcellent computer literacy and proficiency.\nKnowledge of basic mechanical parts (motors, gear boxes, bearings).\nExperience managing projects\nAbility to interact with all levels within the organization\n High School diploma or GED required\nAssociate degree or Bachelor degree in a technical discipline preferred\nPrevious experience managing projects\nPrevious industrial maintenance experience is desired \nExperience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is a plus \n What we offer at O-I:\nSalary Range: The expected salary range for this position is between $75,000 - $90,000 includes a possible 12% quarterly incentive bonus.
