As the Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across a diverse portfolio of glass packaging solutions - including beer, wine, spirits, non-alcoholic beverages, and food-within your assigned region. Your role will focus on hunting for new business, managing existing accounts, and delivering commercial results by promoting tailored solutions that meet customer needs. This is a field-based, customer-facing role ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships, solving challenges, and growing market share across multiple product categories.
In summary, your job will be to:
- Grow a diverse customer base across multiple glass packaging categories including beer, wine, spirits, food, and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Actively prospect and engage new clients, turning leads into long-term commercial relationships.
- Represent the full product portfolio with confidence, tailoring solutions to meet the unique needs of each customer segment.
- Strengthen existing partnerships by delivering excellent service and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Operate independently in your territory, managing your schedule, priorities, and customer interactions with autonomy.
- Stay close to the market, gathering insights that help shape local sales tactics and inform broader segment strategies.
- Be the face of the business in your region, attending customer meetings, trade events, and industry forums to build visibility and trust.
Travel Requirements: Regular travel across region
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commercial/Economic field
- English - written and oral professional proficiency and multi-lingual would be well regarded
- Minimum 5 years in Sales roles within the packaging sector (preferably glass) with proven experience in field sales and account management.
- MS Office Suite - working knowledge
- CRM application - eg Salesforce
This position reports to the Country Sales Manager
