Join us, and you’ll have the opportunity to grow alongside a company that’s making a real difference.\nYour Role\nThe Retail Insights Associate Manager is deeply analytical and will partner across our retail team to drive smarter, more effective marketing at Target, Walmart, CVS, and beyond. They will support strategic thinking across retail marketing, driving and owning digital retail performance, consumer insights, shopper marketing program results, and other strategic marketing initiatives to evaluate what is driving real results and growth for the business. This candidate will also act as the connective tissue between retail marketing and other teams across the organization to ensure that our initiatives are executed at the highest caliber.\nWe are looking for someone who is data-obsessed, with a strong project management instinct and a genuine interest in marketing. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment and is energized by having dynamic weeks with a wide variety of projects. They will be expected to manage insight-driven analysis, juggle multiple moving pieces at once and collaborate with other teams effectively and creatively.\nThis role reports to the Head of Retail Marketing. This is a high-impact role for someone who's energized by the idea of sharpening O Positiv's marketing efforts at retail.\nResponsibilities and Duties \nRetail consumer insights \nDrive retail marketing performance analysis across paid media, shopper marketing, and in-store activations to uncover insights, measure impact, and optimize future investments\nSpearhead consumer insights initiatives, partnering with external experts (e.g., Numerator) to uncover shopper and category trends and identify new growth opportunities\nTurn data into action, translating insights into strategic recommendations that shape retail marketing initiatives and broader business decisions.\nRetail media \nOversee digital marketing programs including sponsored product, display, and other platform-specific initiatives across Walmart, Target, Instacart, and more \nPartner with agency teams to optimize key KPIs, including ROAS, CPC, CTR, CVR, and overall digital growth\nBuild and optimize onsite and offsite display campaigns, including audience segmentation and creative A/B testing \nIdentify new opportunities to drive growth at retail through retail media networks (RMNs), in-store, digital incentives, and broader campaign ideas\nRetail creative\nQuarterback retail creative work end to end, acting as the liaison between the Retail team and Creative team and keeping cross-functional projects organized, on track, and impactful \nQualifications and Skills\n\nExperience:\nBachelor’s Degree and equivalent work experience in a highly analytical role\n3-5 years of experience in management consulting and / or a large CPG / Retailer or a startup in strategy & ops\nExperience in retail/shopper marketing or e-commerce is a plus\nInterpersonal:\nExtremely detail-oriented, with a natural instinct to dig into the \"why\" behind the numbers\nStrong project manager: organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders at once\nGenuine interest in marketing and brand-building \nConfident communicator who can translate complex analysis into simple, actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences\nEntrepreneurial, resourceful, and excited to grow within a fast-scaling consumer brand\nApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.\n\nHours and Compensation \nThe anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $110,000 - $130,000 annually.
