This role provides technical leadership throughout the solution lifecycle, including requirements analysis, system architecture, Proof of Concept (POC), implementation, system integration, troubleshooting, and post-deployment support.\nThe incumbent will collaborate closely with customers, project teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of secure, scalable, and reliable solutions. The role also involves mentoring junior engineers and contributing to the continuous improvement of technical standards and best practices.\nJob Responsibilities\n1. Solution Design and Development\nLead the analysis of customer requirements and translate business needs into practical and effective technical solutions.\n\nDesign system architectures, integration workflows, and technical specifications that meet project requirements.\n\nEvaluate technologies, products, and system components to recommend suitable solutions.\n\nLead the development and presentation of Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate solution feasibility and effectiveness.\n\nEnsure proposed solutions are secure, scalable, reliable, and aligned with industry best practices.\n\nPrepare technical proposals, solution designs, system diagrams, and scope-of-work documentation.\n\n2. System Implementation and Technical Support\nLead and perform the configuration, installation, integration, testing, commissioning, and deployment of system solutions.\n\nEnsure implementations comply with approved designs, technical specifications, and customer requirements.\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during implementation and post-deployment.\n\nConduct root cause analysis and recommend preventive or corrective measures for recurring issues.\n\nReview system performance and recommend improvements, upgrades, or optimisation measures.\n\nPrepare and maintain accurate technical documentation, including system configurations, test records, troubleshooting guides, and user manuals.\n\n3. Project and Stakeholder Collaboration\nProvide technical consultation and support during the pre-sales, project implementation, and post-implementation phases.\n\nWork closely with customers, project managers, internal teams, vendors, and third-party partners to ensure smooth project delivery.\n\nCoordinate the evaluation, procurement, and integration of hardware, software, and other system components.\n\nCommunicate technical concepts and proposed solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nIdentify technical risks, dependencies, and implementation challenges, and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.\n\nSupport project planning by providing technical input on project scope, resources, timelines, and deliverables.\n\n4. Technical Leadership and Development\nProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and other team members.\n\nReview technical work, system designs, configurations, and documentation to ensure quality and consistency.\n\nDevelop and promote technical standards, procedures, and best practices within the team.\n\nStay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and applicable cybersecurity practices.\n\nParticipate actively in relevant training programmes, workshops, summits, conferences, and professional development activities.\n\nShare technical knowledge and lessons learned with the team to strengthen overall technical capabilities.\n\nJob Requirements\nDiploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.\n\nAt least 5 years of relevant experience in system solution design, IT infrastructure, network engineering, system integration, or a related field.\n\nProven experience in independently designing, implementing, and supporting complex technical solutions.\n\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and ERP or HRMS platforms.\n\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, virtual machines, and virtualisation technologies.\n\nGood understanding of networking, system security, cloud infrastructure, and system integration principles.\n\nExperience in technical documentation, solution proposals, system testing, and project implementation.\n\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced project environment.\n\nBasic scripting knowledge in PowerShell or Python would be an advantage.\n\nRelevant professional certifications, such as CCNA, CCNP, Microsoft Azure Administrator, or ITIL, would be an advantage.\n\nPrior experience in mentoring junior engineers or leading technical workstreams would
