VPK Lead Teacher
O2B Kids is a GROWING education company throughout Florida, Georgia, Missouri, Minnesota, and Alabama ... with new states and centers on the way. We are currently looking for a VPK Lead Teacher for our East Boynton Beach location. The ideal candidate would love to work in a positive environment, help coach others, and have opportunities for growth.
Due to the volume of locations we have in this specific region, we'd love to discuss what position and center would be best based on your location, desired position, schedule, and age preferences. Responsibilities and Duties
- Work Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm for full time employment
- Execute lesson plans and curriculum
- Maintain licensing requirements
- Complete required assessments and observations
- Talk to parents and help meet their needs
- Maintain cleanliness in the classroom
- Have fun!

Requirements
Training and experience is preferred, but we are a willing to train and support education through scholarships. There are some positions where specific credentials may be required.
- CDA or Florida Staff Crednetial
- CPR/First Aid
- Experience working with children 0-13 years-old
- Willing to train!
