We are dedicated to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions for a variety of projects. \nSalary Range: $123,000 - $131,000\nLocation: Onsite (Los Angeles, CA) \nType: Full-Time \nEmployee Benefits:\n100% paid base coverage (Health, Vision, & Dental insurance).\n401(k)\nPaid Holidays\nPaid Sick\nPaid Vacation\nEAP - Employee Assistance Program\nO2EPCM, Inc. https://o2epcm.com/ \nPosition: Associate Scheduler\nSalary Range: $123,000 - $131,000\nLocation: Onsite (Los Angeles, CA) \nType: Full-Time \nDuties:\n9.1 Review Contractor P6 initial Baseline Construction Schedules and identify missing scope, logic \nor milestones; identify and analyze the critical path; review the required cost loading and provide \nwritten technical schedule review comments based on LAUSD’s structured review templates.\n9.2 Review multiple Contractor P6 Monthly schedule updates and provide written schedule review \ncomments that document milestone schedule slippage, critical path activity slippage, and provide \nover-all schedule analysis based on LAUSD’s structured review templates.\n9.3 Create various activity schedule filters, layouts, and bar-charts utilizing P6 Primavera \nSchedule Software to assist the project management team in analyzing critical path construction \nschedule issues.\n9.4 Perform QA/QC on contractor’s schedule submittals for conformance with contract scope and \nterms for projects; P6 program schedules and validate logic ties to ensure conformance with \nscheduling guidelines for various project types.\n9.5 Ensure proper use of program-level standard codes, layouts and reports necessary to ensure \ndata integrity.\n9.6 Create Earned Value Curves based on LAUSD EVA template guidelines.\n9.7 Prepare reports as needed and assist scheduling management in reporting projects as necessary.\n10.
