Working knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Python (or similar) for data processing and automation.\n9. Ability to respond to ad hoc data, mapping, and analysis requests on short timelines.\n10. Ability to produce clear maps, exhibits, and reports for executive briefings and community meetings.\n11. Knowledge of accessibility requirements (ADA/WCAG) for public-facing web content.\n12. Ability to handle sensitive property and resident data in accordance with privacy requirements.\n13.
