The anticipated rough order magnitude value of the collective projects is approximately $800 million.\nCandidates are required to have at least 5 years of experience in planning and scheduling public works or construction projects from design through construction and close-out.\nCandidates are required to possess the following:\nMinimum 10 years (Scheduler II) or 15 years (Scheduler III) of project scheduling experience on public capital or construction projects.\nAdvanced proficiency in scheduling software, inclusive of Primavera and Microsoft Project.\nEducation background in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.\nAbility to develop critical path method (CPM) baseline schedules and maintain them through regular updates.\nAbility to build and maintain an integrated master program schedule across multiple concurrent projects.\nSkilled in reviewing contractor baseline schedules, monthly updates, and recovery schedules for compliance with contract requirements; incorporation of other schedule impact factors, such as community meetings, partner agency concurrent work, and funding sources.\nAbility to prepare and evaluate time impact analyses and delay claims.\nAbility to perform resource loading and cost loading, and to support earned value reporting.\nAbility to produce clear schedule narratives, look-ahead schedules, milestone reports, and executive-level summaries\nEffective oral and written communication skills, including presenting schedule status to management.\nAbility to coordinate with project managers, design consultants, contractors, and partner agencies to identify schedule risks and mitigation options.\nAbility to adapt and respond effectively to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nPreferred:\nExperience with disaster recovery or post-disaster rebuild programs.\nPlease note, if you move forward in the submission process, you will be asked to provide the following below.\nMost updated resume\nCertifications or Licenses obtained\n3-4 Professional References\nProject List with values, dates, and company of any projects worked\nTHIS POSITION IS ONSITE AND YOU MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF RESIDENCY IN SOUNTHERN CALIFORNIA TO BE CONSIDERED\nNO PER DIEM.
