Not a DEVELOPER role.\n\nSenior Digital Designer – Job Scope\n\nCreate designs and mockups for corporate and e-commerce websites\n\nDesign desktop and mobile versions of websites\n\nCreate social media creatives, digital marketing materials and motion graphics\n\nLead and oversee creative projects and campaigns, ensuring the visual direction, quality, timelines, and final deliverables meet the required standards.\n\nTranslate creative briefs and client requirements into compelling visual concepts that align with the client's objectives, brand guidelines, target audience, and overall marketing strategy.\n\nConduct user research and apply UX/UI best practices to create intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences.\n\nUse AI tools daily — concepting, copy drafting, asset generation, rapid prototyping — to compress a week of exploration into a day\n\nEnsure consistency and attention to detail across typography, colour, composition, layout, imagery, and other visual elements across all projects.\n\nCollaborate closely with Project Managers, developers, creatives, and clients throughout the design process, presenting concepts, participating in discussions and design reviews, and incorporating relevant feedback.\n\nParticipate in creative pitches and campaign proposals, contributing ideas, concepts, visual directions, and presentations to help win and develop new projects.\n\nProvide guidance and mentorship to Junior Designers\n\nManage multiple projects and priorities effectively, ensuring work is delivered to the required quality standards and agreed timelines.\n\nCarry out other design-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company from time to time.\n\nWe're an AI-Forward Agency\nWe're not precious about it and we're not pretending it's magic. There's a real product track if you want it.\nRequirements\n\nA strong portfolio showcasing a variety of successful web design projects and design work.\n\nProficiency in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, UI/UX and Web Design.\n\nSolid skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, XD) \n\nDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Design, Creative Multimedia, Visual Communication or a related field\n\nUnderstanding of the role design plays in social media and digital advertising.\n\nConfident in your creative work and comfortable in presenting your proposals.\n\nExcellent creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. \n\nProactive.
